Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection of oxygen atomizing inhalation treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods88 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated by our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were chosen. All patients were divided into observation group (45 cases)and control group (43 cases)according the random number table method and the observation group was given Xiyanping Injection of 50 mg+0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection of 4 ml for oxygen atomizing inhalation, while the control group was given Gentamicin injection of 80 000 U plus Dexamethasone Injection of 5 mg+Sodium Chloride Injection of 5 ml for oxygen inhalation therapy.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 95.56%in the observation group, which was apparently higher than that in the control group(86.05%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44%in the observation group, which was apparently lower than that in the control group(11.63%)(P<0.05).The improved and disappearing time of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionXiyanping Injection oxygen for atomizing inhalation has significant clinical therapeutic effect on chronic pharyngitis.
