Abstract：Objective To compare the application effects of intracavity COOK balloon and IUD after hysteroscopic adhesions separation operation.Methods From March 2014 to March 2014,72 patients afer hysteroscopy adhesion separation operation in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to their wishes,with 36 cases in each group.COOK balloon was adopted in the experimental group and IUD was adopted in the control group.The preventing adhesion effect,menstrual recovery,complications and satisfaction of patient in the two groups were compared.Results The effect rate of preventing adhesion and menstruation recovery of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine infection,postoperative bleeding,uterine perforation and contents hernia of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the satisfaction of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion COOK balloon can effectively prevent intrauterine adhesions again,significantly alleviate the symptoms,rapidly return the normal menstruation,has fewer complications and high security,it is worthy to promoting.
