股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果分析

摘要目的分析股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月～2016年4月诊治的87例老年股骨转子间骨折患者，根据手术方式不同分为观察组（47例）和对照组（40例）。观察组选择股骨近端防旋髓内钉，对照组选择动力髋螺钉，比较两组的临床疗效和并发症。结果观察组的Harris评分高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为2.1%，显著低于对照组的15.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折效果显著，安全性更高。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of proximal anti-rotary intramedullary nail in the treatment of elderly patient with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 87 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group(47 cases) and the control group(40 cases)according to different operation methods.The observation group was treated with proximal anti-rotary intramedullary nail,the control group was treated with dynamic hip screw.The clinical effect and complications in the two groups were compared.Results The Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05)The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.1%,which was lower than that in the control group(15.0%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of proximal anti-rotary intramedullary nail in the treatment of elderly patient with femoral intertrochanteric fracture is more effective,with higher safety.
