Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Acetylcysteine combined with Prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods A total of 102 patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 51 cases in each group. In the control group, Prednisone was used, while in the observation group, Prednisone combined with Acetylcysteine was adopted. The indicators of lung function, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, the three lung function indicators including vital capacity (VC), total lung capacity (TLC) and FEV1/FVC, and the total therapeutic effectiveness rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acetylcysteine combined with Prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
