Abstract:Cesarean section was originally used to solve the problems of dystocia, fetal distress, severe pregnancy complications, misalignment of the fetus, etc. However,in recent years, due to the influence of multiple factors such as society and individuals, with the liberalization of the "Two children" policy, the cesarean section rate has gradually increased, and postoperative complications have also increased, the incidence of one of the serious long-term complications-cesarean scars pregnancy (CSP) is also increasing.CSP if not timely diagnosis and treatment, can occur placenta implantation and uterine rupture, leading to massive bleeding, even maternal death and other serious complications. There is no uniform treatment plan for CSP.This paper reviews the research progress of CSP from the definition, incidence, pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
