Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect of hepatectomy for liver cancer using minimally invasive laparoscopy and laparoscopy. Methods A total of 50 patients with liver cancer who had surgical indications admitted to our hospital from March 3,2017 to March 3,2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to their willing, with 25 cases in each group. In the experimental group, minimally invasive laparoscopic hepatectomy was adopted for lump removal in liver cancer patients, and in the control group, traditional laparotomy for liver cancer resection was used. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation recovery, changes of serological indexes before and after treatment, and the survival rate, recurrence rate and metastasis rate in one year follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The feeding time, drainage tube retention time and hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group, and the postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),procalcitonin (PCT) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the albumin (ALB) level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and PCT in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the ALB level was lower than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow up for 1 years, there was no significant difference in the survival rate, recurrence rate or metastasis rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion For liver cancer patients with surgical indications, compared with traditional laparotomy for hepatectomy, minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery can reduce intraoperative amount of bleeding, reduce the postoperative pain score, promote postoperative recovery, and relieve liver injury, which is worthy of popularization and application.
