Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing intervention mode on the stages of labor of painless delivery.Methods A total of 522 puerperae undergone painless delivery were enrolled in our hospital from January to December in 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,261 cases in each group.In control group,routine nursing intervention was used,while in experimental group,a wholecourse nursing intervention mode was adopted.The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor,as well as maternal satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,and the total labor time were were all shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.0%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 80.8%,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The wholecourse nursing intervention mode can effectively shorten the labor stages of painless delivery,reduce the pain of the mother during childbirth,improve the maternal satisfaction,which is beneficial to the health and safety of the mother and the newborn and is worthy of promotion.
