强化生活方式干预在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨强化生活方式干预在2 型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月我院收治的106 例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各53 例。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上予以强化生活方式干预。比较两组干预前、6 个月后的糖代谢相关指标[空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）]以及自我管理能力。结果干预前，两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、HbA1c 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预6 个月后，两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、HbA1c 水平低于干预前，且观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、HbA1c 水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组的血糖监测、足部护理、膳食情况、运动情况、遵医行为评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预6 个月后，观察组的血糖监测、足部护理、膳食情况、运动情况、遵医行为评分均高于干预前，且观察组的血糖监测、足部护理、膳食情况、运动情况、遵医行为评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 2 型糖尿病患者实施强化生活方式干预，可提高患者的自我管理能力，利于其控制血糖水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of intensive intervention on lifestyle in the nursing for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 106 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled as subjects,they were divide into the control group and observation group by a random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group gave intensive lifestyle intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared before and 6 months after the intervention in glucose metabolism related indicators (fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin [HbA1c]) and self-management ability.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels between the two groups (P＞0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in blood glucose monitoring,foot care,diet,exercise and compliance between the two groups (P＞0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the blood glucose monitoring,foot care,diet,exercise and compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those before intervention,and the blood glucose monitoring,foot care,diet,exercise and compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Intensive intervention on lifestyle for patients with T2DM can improve their self-management ability and benefit for their glycemic control.
