Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group used basic nursing,and the observation group adopted early rehabilitation nursing.The scores of language recovery,daily living ability and cerebral infarction recovery were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of language recovery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1,3,and 6 weeks after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of daily living ability before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing,the daily living ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of daily living ability in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of daily living ability in the control group after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of cerebral infarction recovery before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The score of cerebral infarction recovery after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of cerebral infarction recovery after nursing in the control group was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of cerebral infarction recovery after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia aphasia can improve aphasia and has clinical application value.
