穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响

摘要目的分析穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月2日～2016年2月12日收治的105例脑卒中恢复期患者，将患者随机分为对照组（n=52）、观察组（n=53）。对照组患者给予穴位按摩，观察组患者给予穴位按摩结合康复护理。比较两组患者的日常生活能力、神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组患者的日常生活能力评分为（56.47±20.15）分，高于对照组的（45.12±24.11）分（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分为（11.49±5.68）分，低于对照组的（14.72±7.75）分（P＜0.05）。结论穴位按摩结合康复护理在脑卒中恢复期患者的日常生活能力和神经功能缺损方面具有显著效果，且联合方式无需器械、无不良反应、不受场地限制，不仅能促进患者康复，还具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurologic impairment and ability of daily living(ADL)in patients with cerebral apoplexy during recovery period.Methods A total of 105 patients with cerebral apoplexy during recovery period from January 2,2015 to February 12,2016 were selected in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group (n=52)and observation group (n=53).The control group was given acupoint massage,while the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing.The score of ADL and neurologic impairment in patients between the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the score of ADL was (56.47±20.15)points,and it was higher than that in the control group [(45.12±24.11)points](P＜0.05).The neurologic impairment score in the observation group was(11.49±5.68)points and it was lower than that in the control group[(14.72±7.75)]points(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing can obtain a remarkable effect on ADL and neurologic impairment in these patients with cerebral apoplexy during recovery period at advantages of non-combination of equipment,absence of adverse reactions,and nonsite limitation,which not only promotes patients′rehabilitation,but also has great economic and social benefits.
