Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc protrusion.MethodsA total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from December 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital.According to the different nursing measures,they were divided into two groups,research group and control group.In the research group,rehabilitation nursing intervention was adopted,while in the control group, routine nursing was used.The clinical nursing effect,disease recurrence rate,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life score in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical nursing effect in the research group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and score of quality of life in the research group were both significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the research group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The indexes mentioned above were all displayed statistical significance.ConclusionThe rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can effectively improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction and quality of life,enhance the clinical nursing effect,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.It is worthy to be applied and promoted in clinical nursing.
