Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reyanbao matching with chiropractic manipulation treating with Lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to February 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups,and there were 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Reyanbao+chiropractic manipulation;the control group:traditional pelvic traction+oral Celecoxib.The visual analogue score (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate was 92.75％ in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group (82.75％).VAS score in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Reyanbao matching with chiropractic manipulation treating with Lumbar disc herniation can relieve the pain degree of patients,improve the clinical curative effect.
