Clinical effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunderbolt moxibustion treating protracted chronic pelvic inflammation

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunderbolt moxibustion treating protracted chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 102 patients with protracted chronic pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2017 were collected.The patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the digital parity method,and each group had 51 cases.The control group was given a single traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunderbolt moxibustion treatment.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score were significantly reduced in both two groups,and the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was (4.67±1.62) points,which was significantly lower than that in the control group([8.95±1.43] points) (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.16% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.63%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunderbolt moxibustion treating protracted chronic pelvic inflammation isideal,and significantly reduce TCM syndrome score of patients,reduce the pain and promote recovery of patients,and have a higher promotion value.
