The role of comprehensive nursing in improving the psychological status,improving the quality of sleep and rehabilitation effect of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the role of comprehensive nursing in improving the psychological status,improving the quality of sleep and rehabilitation effect of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods96 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 of were selected as object.Patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number method,and each group had 48 cases.Patients in control group were given the routine nursing,while patients the observation were given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect,psychological status,sleep quality and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)score,self-rating depression scale (SDS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with the routine nursing,the role of comprehensive nursing in improving the psychological status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,improving the sleep quality and rehabilitation effect is more significant,and it shows a obvious advantages in reducing the negative emotions of anxiety,depression and improving psychological status of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
