Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application effect of nursing intervention after painless childbirth.MethodsFifty painless childbirth puerperae treated in our hospital from December 2016 to July 2017 were selected as object and they were divided into the control group and observation group,and there were 25 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing intervention.The quality of life and psychological status between the two groups were compared.The urination time and occurrence of urinary retention were analyzed.ResultsThe score of quality of life including physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower compared with those in the control group.The urination time was shorter and incidence of urinary retention was lower in comparison with those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention applied after painless childbirth for puerperae can improve the quality of puerperae,improve their anxiety nd depression,reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
