Abstract:Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathways on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer and the influences on quality of life.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer after operation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected.According to a random number table method,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.Routine examination and treatment were performed in each group.The control group were followed up for routine nursing care.The study group was treated with clinical nursing pathways.The anesthesia time,time of hospitalization,length of stay and overall physical and physical function after nursing,physical function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and other quality of life scores were compared.Results After study,the duration of anal exhaust,time of bed movement and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The overall health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and other quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path pattern can significantly shorten the hospital stay and improve the postoperative recovery of the patients.It can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and improve the patient′s satisfaction.It is of clinical value and worthy of promotion.
