Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on anxiety and depression in patients with panic disorder.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,78 patients with panic disorder in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with clinical path management mode,the effect of nursing,the improvement of anxiety and depression,and the total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group treatment effective rate was 92.31%,significantly higher than the 74.36%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing care (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path of anxiety and depression in patients with panic disorder to improve the effect is remarkable,can improve the treatment effect,improving the quality of nursing,rehabilitation of the patients with positive clinical significance.
