Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on functional rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,78 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in our hospital were selected and divided into cooperation nursing group (39 cases)and control group (39 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the synergistic nursing group were given health education,skill counseling and group cooperation.The clinical efficacy,Watian drinking water score,quality of life score,treatment satisfaction score and the incidence of pneumonia were observed.Results The effective rate of the cooperative nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Watian drinking water test in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the score of Watian drinking water test in the collaborative nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly increased,and the score of quality of life in the cooperative nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of satisfaction with treatment in the cooperative nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of pneumonia in the cooperative nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing model can effectively improve the swallowing dysfunction of stroke patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
