Abstract:Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Eighty-seven stroke patients with hemiplegia who admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In experimental group(n=44),routine nursing+early rehabilitation nursing was adopted, while in control group (n=43),routine nursing alone was performed. The Fugl-Meyermotor scale(FMMS)score, the modified Bartherl score(MBI),the quality of life(QOL)score, and the complications were compared. Results There were no significant differences in FMMS,MBI and QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the FMMS,MBI and QOL score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment. These indexes in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly enhance the exercise ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve the quality of life, and reduce complications, which can be clinically promoted.
