Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Otilonium Bromide combined with Flupenthixol Melitracen in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).Methods A total of 96 patients diagnosed with IBS-D in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases)and the control group (44 cases). The control group was treated with Otilonium Bromide, while the observation group was treated with Otilonium Bromide combined with Flupenthixol Melitracen. The course of each group was 4 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, and the mental and psychological states of the two groups of patients were analyzed and evaluated by the hospital anxiety-depression scale (HADS).ResultsThe overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%(33/44),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.5%(47/52),comparison of total therapeutic efficiency between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The anxiety score of the control group was(8.14±1.36)points before treatment and(6.42±1.67)points after treatment, the anxiety score of the observation group was(8.35±1.44)points before treatment and(5.38±1.28)points after treatment. The depression score of the control group was(9.56±1.93)points before treatment and(6.89±2.02)points after treatment. The depression score of the observation group was(9.68±1.81)points before treatment and(5.56±1.73)points after treatment. After treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.5%in the control group and 5.8%in the treatment group, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Otilonium Bromide combined with Flupenthixol Melitracen has a more pronounced effect on IBS-D patients and the symptoms of anxiety and depression can be improved significantly.
