Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on resuscitation of neonates with asphyxia after cesarean section. Methods A total of 90 neonates with postpartum asphyxia after cesarean section in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as subjects.A total of 45 asphyxia neonates delivered from November 2016 to May 2017 were the control group(routine care),and 45 asphyxiated neonates delivered from June to November 2017 were selected as the experimental group (cluster nursing intervention was given on the basis of routine nursing). The 1,5 min Apgar scores,5,10 min resuscitation success rates and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the 1 min Apgar scores between two groups(P>0.05),while 5 min Apgar score of the experimental group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The success rate of 5 min resuscitation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),while there was no difference in 10 min resuscitation between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of the parents of the newborns in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing intervention in the cesarean section neonatal asphyxia resuscitation can improve resuscitation effect and has great significance for rescuing the life of asphyxiated neonates,as well as improve parents′satisfaction with nursing.
