Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical hemostatic effect of the vertical parallel suture of lower segment of uterus in the cesarean section of the patients with placenta previa.Methods From January 2016 to August 2017,80 pregnant women with placenta previa delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received the hemostasis after the operation with the use of and the 8-word patch suture,and the patients in the observation group received the hemostasis after the operation with the vertical and parallel compression suture of the lower uterine segment.The bleeding volume,the effective hemostasis rate,hemostasis time,postoperative rebleeding rate and long-term complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective hemostasis rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of postoperative re-bleeding and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the caesarean section of the placenta previa,the treatment of the patient by vertical and parallel compression suture of the lower uterine segment can achieve effective hemostasis in a short time,reduce postoperative bleeding and reduce postoperative complications of the patients.
