Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To study the application effect of continuous brain function monitoring in early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 70 children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group (n=35)and the observation group (n=35)according to computer randomization.In the control group,MRI and CT were detected,while in the observation group,continuous brain function monitoring was adopted.The degree of brain injury,the normal rates of psychological function and neurological function at 2 and 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the normal rate of brain function or mild injury rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The severe damage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).In the observation group,the psychological and neurological functions of children with normal brain function at 2 months and 6 months were higher than those with abnormal brain function,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous brain function monitoring has a high application value in early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,which can fully reflect the brain function of children and provide a favorable basis for clinical treatment.It is worthy of study.
