气囊仿生助产术在硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩产妇中的应用效果

摘要 [摘要]目的探讨气囊仿生助产术在硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1～12月收治的5440例有剖宫产指征、妊娠合并症、单胎头位、椎管内麻醉禁忌证，且要求实施自控硬膜外麻醉分娩的产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各2720例。两组均进行硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩，对照组未采用气囊仿生助产，观察组进行气囊仿生助产。比较两组的缩宫素使用情况、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血等情况。结果观察组的产程时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的产后出血量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的剖宫产率低于对照组，自然分娩率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的缩宫素使用率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论气囊仿生助产与自控硬膜外麻醉联合分娩能提高阴道分娩率，缩短产程，降低缩宫素使用率、产后出血率及剖宫产率，提高产科质量。

Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of balloon bionic midwifery in epidural anesthesia for analgesia in delivery women.Methods A total of 5440 patients with cesarean section indications,pregnancy complications,single-fetal in head position,contraindications for spinal anesthesia,and the requirement of self-controlled epidural anesthesia were enrolled in our hospital from January to December in 2017.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by a random number table method,with 2720 cases in each group.Both groups underwent epidural anesthesia for analgesia.In the control group,baloon bionic midwifery was not applied,while in the observation group,balloon bionic midwifery was performed.The use of Oxytocin,the time of labor,delivery mode,and postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups were compared.Results The labor time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower,and the natural delivery rate was higher compared with those of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The use rate of Oxytocin in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Balloon bionic midwifery combined with self-control epidural anesthesia for delivery can increase the vaginal delivery rate,shorten the labor stages,reduce the use of oxytocin and postpartum hemorrhage,decrease the cesarean section rate and improve the quality of obstetrics.
