缩宫素联合间苯三酚在低宫颈评分足月胎膜早破产妇分娩中的应用效果

摘要 [摘要]目的探讨缩宫素联合间苯三酚在低宫颈评分足月胎膜早破产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年8月～2017年1月收治的80例低宫颈评分足月胎膜早破产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。对照组采取缩宫素引产法，观察组联合应用缩宫素与间苯三酚引产法。比较两组的宫颈成熟效果、产程、分娩方式及妊娠结局。结果观察组用药后的宫颈促成熟总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组用药后的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程和总产程均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组用药后的阴道自然分娩率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组经用药后的产后尿潴留、产后2 h失血＞200 ml、胎儿窘迫以及新生儿窒息不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论低宫颈评分的足月胎膜早破产妇联合应用缩宫素与间苯三酚可促进宫颈成熟，缩短产程，同时有利于提升阴道自然分娩率，降低不良妊娠结局发生率，值得推广。

Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol on the delivery of low-cervical scores in full-term fetal membranes.Methods A total of 80 puerpera with low-cervical scores of fullterm fetal membranes in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group(40cases)and the observation group(40cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with uterine contraction by Oxytocin,and the observation group was combined with Oxytocin and Pyrogallol.The cervical ripening effect,labor process,mode of delivery and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical-induced maturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first labor,second labor,third labor and total labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The natural vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of postpartum urinary retention,postpartum hemorrhage＞200 ml,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Oxytocin and Phloroglucinol on the delivery of low-cervical scores in full-term fetal membranes can promote cervical ripening and shorten the labor process,and at the same time help to improve the natural delivery rate of vaginal and reduce the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worth promoting.
