利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的效果

摘要 [摘要]目的探讨利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的效果。方法选取2017年1～12月来我院儿科门诊治疗的72例疱疹性口腔炎患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各36例。观察组患儿采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗，对照组患儿采用利巴韦林气雾剂治疗。观察对比两组患儿的临床疗效、退热时间、食欲好转时间、疱疹溃疡消失时间及治疗前后白细胞计数（WBC）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为91.67%，显著高于对照组的63.89%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的退热时间、食欲好转时间及疱疹溃疡消失时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿治疗前的WBC及CRP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组患儿治疗后的WBC及CRP水平均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿治疗后的WBC及CRP水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果确切，临床症状改善明显，WBC及CRP水平显著降低，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis.Methods A total of 72 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis treated in pediatric department of our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,36 cases in each group.In the observation group,Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc was adopted,while in the control group,Ribavirin Aerosol alone was used.The clinical efficacy,the time of fever abating,the time of appetite improvement,the disappearance time of herpes ulcer,white blood count(WBC)and the level of C-reactive protein (CRP)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effectiveness rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was much higher than that of the control group accounting for 63.89%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The fever abating time,appetite improvement time and disappearance time of herpes ulcer in the observation group were greatly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the WBC and levels of CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WBC and levels of CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).The WBC and levels of CRP in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis is clear.The clinical symptoms are obviously improved,and the WBC and levels of CRP are reduced markedly.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
