Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of uterine compression suture(UCS)combined with uterine artery ascending branch ligation in cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods A total of 54 pregnant women with placenta previa were selected in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018.According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group,27 cases in each group. The control group was given UCS to stop bleeding, and the observation group was combined with the uterine artery ascending branch ligation to stop bleeding. The intraoperative conditions, postoperative blood loss, hemostasis and postpartum hemorrhage were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the blood transfusion rate was lower than that of the control group, the operation time was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The bleeding volume at 2,12 and 24hours after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total hemostatic effeciency of the observation group (96.30%) was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the placenta previa, combined use of UCS and uterine artery ascending branch ligation has better hemostasis effect, which can significantly prevent postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
