Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of four-dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast sonography in diagnosis of tubal patency and diseased region. Methods The clinical data of 121 female patients with four-dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast sonography in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were given laparoscopic Methylene Blue hydrotubation after radiography for 4 weeks. The diagnostic results, diagnostic efficiency and diseased region were analyzed. Results The diagnostic results of laparoscopic Methylene Blue hydrotubation were taken as the gold standard, the diagnostic accordance rate of four-dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast sonography in tubal patency was 86.79%,the proportion of partial obstruction was 58.33%,the proportion of complete obstruction was 81.48%,and the total diagnostic accordance rate was 80.27%.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of four-dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast sonography in oviduct obstruction were 81.48%,88.03%,79.52%,89.29%,respectively.The fimbria lesions accounted for the highest proportion in patients with partial obstruction and complete obstruction, which were 27.27% and 32.61%,respectively.Conclusion Four-dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast sonography is an effective method for clinical diagnosis of female tubal patency,it can determine the location of the lesion, which is helpful for providing reference for the design of clinical follow-up treatment plan.
