Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine artery ligation in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,80 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to odd even method, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Methotrexate and curettage, patients in the observation group were treated with Methotrexate and laparoscopic uterine artery ligation. The therapeutic effects and related surgical indexes of the patients between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 97.5%,compared with 87.5% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the hospitalization and menstruation recovery time were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ligation of uterine artery for scar pregnancy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, improve the treatment effect, shorten the hospitalization time and menstrual cycle time, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
