Abstract：Objective To investigation effect of different nursing methods on midwifery quality and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases of puerpera treated in Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center of Rucheng District from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by computer grouping mode,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given intervention nursing,the control group was given routine care.The two groups of pregnant women were compared with the labor conditions,hemorrhage,cesarean section rate,and satisfaction with medical staff.Results The first stage of labor in the observation group was(402.65±8.95)min,the second stage of labor was(25.76±2.11)min,the third stage of production was(5.86±1.05)min,and the total stage of labor was(456.85±6.98)min,were shorter than that in the control group,the first stage of labor was(416.89±15.68)min,the second stage of production was(53.98±5.44)min,the third stage of production was(7.95±1.62)min,and the total stage of labor was(675.41±9.76)min(P＜0.05）;2 hours postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was(186.42±15.75)ml,and postpartum 24 hours bleeding was (256.85±26.95)min,and the rate of major bleeding was 5.00%,which were lesser than that of the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage at 2 hours was(254.17±26.97)ml,and the postpartum hemorrhage at 24 hours was(394.19±42.81)min;the rate of major bleeding was 32.50%(P＜0.05）;the service satisfaction score of the observation group was([96.85±1.33]points),the service quality score was[97.38±1.43]points,and the service satisfaction score of the mothers in the control group was([86.17±2.11]points),and the service quality score was([85.23±1.63]points),compliance was （P＜0.05）;social function score in observation group was([95.86±2.33]points),material life([96.83±1.74]points),physical function score was([96.85±1.77]points),and psychological function score was([97.11±1.58]points)were higher than those of the control group([86.58±2.44]points)and material life([87.95±1.75]points),physical function([88.41±1.53]points),and psychological function([85.69±1.75]points),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention for the parturient woman can shorten the birth process,reduce the bleeding,reduce the cesarean section rate and improve the quality of life,so as to improve the satisfaction degree of the medical staff.It is worth promoting in the clinic.
