Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing by equipment nurses in cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 cases with undergoing cesarean section in the lower uterine segment admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention during the operation, and the observation group was given targeted nursing.Follow-up for 6 months, then the operation-related indexes were compared, and the abdominal and pelvic pain numerical score (NRS) for 6 months after the operation was counted. The clinical symptoms and diagnosis of endometriosis were definitely found in the follow-up in the two groups. Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The NRS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at discharge and 1,6 months after operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal pain and lower abdominal drop in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of endometriosis was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing training for equipment nurses undergoing cesarean section can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients, and it can reduce postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative endometriosis.
