Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of abdominal wall transverse incision and longitudinal incision in cesarean section for parturients with scar uterus. Methods A total of 50 cases of cicatricial uterus parturients who gave birth in our hospital from August 2010 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into observation group (10 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the different direction of cesarean section. The observation group adopted abdominal wall longitudinal incision while the control group adopted abdominal wall transverse incision. The operation related indexes, pelvic adhesion and incision healing of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group′s maternal operation time, fetal delivery time and postoperative anal exhaust time were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic adhesion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the excellent rate of incision healing was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of abdominal wall longitudinal incision in cesarean scar uterus parturient is better than that of transverse incision, which is more conducive to the wound healing of parturient and the reduction of pelvic adhesion rate, and the operation time, fetal delivery time and postoperative anal exhaust time are shorter, intraoperative blood loss is less, which is worthy of clinical application.
