Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze of the outcome vaginal delivery in the pregruant patients with scarred uteres.From June 2015 to June 2016,228 cases of vaginal delivery with second pregnancy admitted to our hospitalwere researched,they randomly divided into two groups,114casec in each group.With trail production condition was grouped research group vaginal delivery,without trail production condition was grouped control group by re-cesarean section.The amount of bleeding 24 h after delivery in the research group was lesser than that in the control group (P<0.05),delivery time,hospitalization time in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),incidence of adverse reaction in the research group was lower than that in the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal Apger scores had no stistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionScarred uterua is not the absolute incication for repeated cesarean section.those who meet requirement of vaginal delivery and do not have any clear incication for cesarean can have a vaginal birth after cesarean under intensive care.
