Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between premonitory abortion and serum CA125 and β-hCG levels. Methods Altogether 24 cases of premonitory abortion patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group;while,24 normal pregnant women who were treated in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group. The serum CA125 and β-hCG levels of two groups were detected by using electrochemilu minescence immunoassay(ECLIA)and compared;and the correlation between premonitory abortion and serum CA125 and β-hCG levels was analyzed. Results The serum CA125 level of the observation group was(41.32±3.98)IU/ml,obviously higher than that of control group(23.84±3.25)IU/ml,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the serum β-hCG level of observation group was(10631.46±2024.68)mIU/ml,significantly lower than that of control group([18224.36±7135.57]IU/ml),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);premonitory abortion and serum CA125 and β-hCG levels were correlated to a certain degree(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with premonitory abortion have higher serum CA125 level and significantly lower β-hCG level.Premonitory abortion is correlated with serum CA125 and β-hCG levels, which can provide a basis for clinical treatment.
