Abstract：Objective To study the effect on Methotrexate in combination with Mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients between January 2013 to January 2016 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital between were chosen as observation object，and were randomly divided into controlgroup and research group，controlgroup wasgiven Methotrexate therapy，research group was treated with Methotrexate combined Mifepristone，the clinical efficacy of two groups of patientswere retrospectively analyzed.Results The serum beta HCG levelswith different period ［7 d：（448.67±25.06）IU/L，14 d：（143.10±22.54）IU/L］，recovery time of beta HCG［（20.0±2.4）d］and total effective rate （92%）in research group after treatment were significantly better than those of control group［7 d：（915.46±25.13）IU/L，14 d：（282.40±43.24）IU/L；（26.0±2.4）d；80%］（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with Methotrexate combined Mifepristone，has a relatively satisfactory results，and it can improve the indicators and helpful to the patients.
