Observation the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in induction of labor in the middle trimester of scar uterus

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in induction of labor in the middle trimester of scar uterus.Methods100 induction of labor in the second trimester of scar uterus patients from May 2015 to May 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to lottery method,and each group was 50 cases.The control group and observation group were respectively given treatment of abdominal wall with amniotic Membrane Injection and Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol.Two groups of patients with complications,placental residual rate,bleeding volume,successful rate of induced labor,duration of medication to contractions start time,the contractions to the fetal placental delivery time,delivery time to the fetal placenta were compared.ResultsObservation group of patients with duration of medication to contractions start time [(27.69±3.52)h],the contractions to the fetal placental delivery time[(8.52±1.44)h],delivery time to the fetal placenta[(34.53±3.95)h]were shorter than those in the control group[(35.86±5.86)h,(11.32±2.56)h,(48.91±5.22)h],the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Placental retention rate of the patients in observation group(4.00%)was lower than the control group(30.00%),the bleeding volume of the patients in observation group[(142.74±25.98)ml]was less than the control group [(159.86±36.85)ml],the success rate of induced labor (98.00%)was higher than the control group(76.00%),the differences were statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than the control group(26.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionMifepristone combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of induced abortion in the middle trimester of scar uterus can improve the success rate of induced labor and reduce the risk of treatment.
