Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of low－dose Mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis.MethodsFrom April 2015 to May 2016,87 adenomyosis patients treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.By an odd and even numbers method,all participants were divided into two groups,control group (n=43)and observation group (n=44).In the control group,large－dose Mifepristone (double dose compared with the observation group),while in the observation group,low－dose Mifepristone was adopted.The clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups was observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the patients in the observation group had more menstrual flow than the control group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor adenomyosis patients,application of Mifepristone in different doses both can obtain favorable effects,but more remarkable in a low dose,which effectively improves the menstrual amount and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions in higher safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
