Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy on patients with ectopic pregnancy and its effect on postoperative quality of life.MethodsFrom March 2015 to December 2016,64 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients of our hospital were selected as the research object,and according to the different methods of treatment,patients were divided into 32 of whom underwent laparotomy in group A and 32 of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery in group B.The tubal pregnancy and other pregnancy of the blood loss,operative time,exhaust time,pregnancy complications rate,tubal patency rate,discomfort before and after the operation and survival quality score were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe blood loss,operation time,evacuation time,complication rates and tubal patency rates of tubal pregnancy and other pregnancy in group B were better than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the discomfort of 2 h and 12 h after the operation in group B were less than that of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the survival quality scale of 1 week and 2 weeks after operation in group B were higher than that of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery is better for ectopic pregnancy than laparotomy,and the postoperative survival quality is higher,and the retention of reproductive function has positive clinical significance,which is worth clinical practice.
