不同剂量米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤的效果观察

摘要目的探讨25 mg和12.5 mg米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年10月在我院治疗子宫肌瘤女性患者84例为研究对象，均给予米非司酮片治疗，按照随机分配法平均分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。观察组给予米非司酮片12.5 mg/d，对照组给予米非司酮片25 mg/d。观察治疗后患者的子宫肌瘤体积、治疗效果、血清中激素水平和不良反应发生率等。结果两组患者总有效率比较，对照组（83.33%）明显低于观察组（95.24%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积比较，治疗后明显小于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组子宫肌瘤体积比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者治疗前后血清中P、E2、LH、FSH等激素水平比较，治疗后均明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率比较，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮12.5 mg/d治疗子宫肌瘤效果较好，不良反应率低，安全经济，值得临床长期推广使用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of 25 mg and 12.5 mg Mifepristone Tablets for the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods84 patients with uterine fibroids from March 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object，all the patients were given Mifepristone treatment，according to random assignment patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，42 patients in each group.The observation group was given 12.5 mg Mifepristone Tablets per day，and the control group was given 25 mg Mifepristone Tablets per day.The uterine fibroids volume，treatment effect and serum hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients after treatment were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate in both groups was compared，control group （83.33%）was lower than that of the observation group （95.24%），the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.After treatment，uterine fibroids size of patients in the two groups was much smaller than before treatment compared with before，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）；there was no statistically significant difference in uterine fibroid volume between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Levels of serum P，E2，LH and FSH hormone of patients in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than the before treatment，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.After treatment,total rate of adverse reaction of patients in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.ConclusionMifepristone 12.5 mg per day with better effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,has lower adverse reaction rate,safety economy,it is worthy of long-term promotion of clinical use.
