Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of"sandwich cake embolism method"in the treatment of interventional embolization in the treatment of segmental artery hemorrhage of digestive tract. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,80 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract were divided into observation group and control group according to the differentmethod of treatment,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with"sandwich cake embolism",and the control group was treated with a single embolization material. The effect of the two groups of surgery was observed. Results In the observation group,a successful hemostasis rate was 100%,no death patients, the recurrence rate was 10.0%;the control group a hemostatic success rate was 77.5%,with a mortality rate was 5.0%,recurrence rate was 22.5%,two groups of a hemostatic success rate, relapse rate, mortality was compared(P<0.05);the observation group recovered well accounted for 90.0%,control group was 55.0%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);pancreatin heighten, early rebleeding complication of control group were obviously higher than those of observation group(P<0.05);hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat the arterial hemorrhage of the digestive tractwith the sandwich embolization method, which can improve the success rate of embolization and decrease the rate of postoperative bleeding.
