Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of gold micro needle treating osmidrosis.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients treated by micro gold needle(observation group)and 52 patients treated by minimally invasive surgery(the control group)from september 2015 to september 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The therapeutic effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Results The rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(97.06%vs.69.23%,P＜0.01).There was no upper limb dysfunction or other symptoms in the two groups.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(0 vs.9.61%,P＜0.01).Conclusion The gold micro needle is a safe and effective treatment method of osmidrosis.
