Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety state of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods92 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 as the subjects of this study were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number method,46 patients were treated with routine nursing intervention(control group),and 46 patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention(study group).The anxiety state and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before intervention,the HAMA score of the study group[(9.92±1.62)scores]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(16.56±2.04)scores]after intervention in the intervention group(P<0.05).Patients in the study group nursing satisfaction(95.65%)was significantly higher than the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the care of patients with ectopic pregnancy in the choice of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve patients'anxiety,has a positive effect on patients,and can improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the nurse patient relationship,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
