Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on compliance of antiviral therapy and quality of life of discharged patients with hepatitis C.Methods A total of 102 patients with hepatitis C admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were enrolled in the study,and they were divided into the control group (50 cases)and the observation group (52 cases)according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional discharge education,and the observation group was took continuous nursing.After 6 months of nursing intervention,the quality of life and compliance of antiviral treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of symptoms such as hair loss and insomnia,weight loss,anxiety,skin erythema,or hard knot were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of compliance in the observation group (including regular reexamination and medication on time,reasonable diet,smoking cessation and abstinence and moderate exercise)were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of antiviral treatment and continuing nursing on discharged patients with hepatitis C is remarkable.It can effectively improve the quality of life and compliance of drug treatment,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.It is worth popularizing.
