Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in pediatric clinical nursing. Methods A total of 200 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to February 2019 were selected.According to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into control group and treatment group,100 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional nursing mode, while the treatment group carried out high quality nursing on this basis. The scores of nursing service quality, the compliance of nursing and treatment during hospitalization, the occurrence of nursing errors and the satisfaction of family members at discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of health education, service attitude, communication ability, professional skills, disease understanding, problem solving ability and management of responsible ward in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total compliance of nursing and treatment during hospitalization in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of nursing errors was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the family members in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the quality and compliance of paediatric nursing service and reduce the risk of nursing errors, which is worthy of clinical application.
