Abstract:Objective To exploreapplication of focused solution model psychological intervention in young patients with cerebral infarction. Methods According to the date of admission,80 young stroke patients, which were under the treatment in our hospital from May to October 2017,were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group(even date)and control group(singular date),40 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional treatment, while the experimental group was exposed to psychological intervention using solution focused approach based on conventional treatment. The patients in two groups were evaluated using the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)and the improved Barthel score after three days,1 and 6 months, respectively. Results There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The scores of HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before intervention 3 days,1 and 6 months after intervention, and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the modified Barthel score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The modified Barthel score of the two groups 3 days after intervention,1 and 6 months after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention using solution focused approach can obviously alleviate the depression and dysfunction of young stroke patients, and improve the recovery and quality of life of patients with functional disorders.
