Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of voice training combined with psychological intervention on improving anxiety and depression in patients with voice diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with voice disease who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to November 2018 were selected as subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic nursing,and the observation group received voice training combined with psychological intervention.Nursing effect,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score,self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Voice training combined with psychological intervention has a significant role in improving anxiety and depression in patients with voice diseases,the incidence of adverse reactions is low and it is worthy of clinical use.
