Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of extended care in patients with bladder perfusion after bladder cancer operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group (50 cases)and study group (50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given routine nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)scores,self-depression scale(SDS)scores,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of quality of life (including PF,BP,GH,VT,SF,MH)before nursing in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life (including PF,BP,GH,VT,SF and MH)in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing for patients with bladder perfusion after bladder cancer operation is exact.
