Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary teamwork continuing nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A tatal of 90 cases patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized in the infectious diseases department of our hospital from September 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were given continuing nursing by multi-disciplinary team cooperation on the basis of the control group.The cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis,the pass rate of blood sugar index and the total satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis and the pass rate of blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary teamwork continuing nursing mode combines the knowledge and skills of many professionals,provides a professional and scientific relief platform for tuberculosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,obviously promotes the control and improvement of the patients′condition,is welcomed by patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
