Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the combined method of full-time accompanying midwifery and postural guidance on maternal delivery and quality of life during childbirth. Methods A total of 200 puerpera who expected labor in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group. The control group was given regular delivery guidance. The observation group was given the combined method of full-time accompanying midwifery and postural guidance. The amount of bleeding, quality of life scores, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Vaginal assisted delivery rate and cesarean section assisted delivery rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life such as the maternal physical health, mental health and social health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined midwifery mode of fulltime accompanying midwifery and postural guidance can significantly improve the maternal natural delivery rate and reduce birth bleeding, and also has a positive effect on improving maternal quality of life and satisfaction.
