Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with appendectomy.Methods Patients with appendicitis who treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=20)and study group(n=20)according to the different perioperative nursing mode.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,and the study group was additionally given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The complication rate,nursing satisfaction,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total perioperative complication rate of the study group was 10.00%,lower than that of the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,little higher than that of the control group (90.00%)(P>0.05).The anal exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the postoperative pain degree score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention is effective in patients with appendectomy and it is worthy to be promoted.
